These people who have very high endurances got this by steady practice and determination to achieve such endurance. One can also achieve having a high endurance in order to last long in their activities, may it be on sports or on your daily routines, having a great endurance is extremely important to finish activities or your daily routines with swift and haste without having to worry about being tired all of a sudden. One of the most important parts of sports is endurance, it will keep one consistent in what he or she is doing even when he/she have a very small amount of energy left, this is because he/she has the endurance to withstand such event. With deep practice and determination, you can push through your limits and increase your overall endurance enhancing you to do many activities daily without getting tired at all. One thing a person can do to increase his or her endurance is to condition his or her body physically, this way is very simple, all you need to do is to do the basic exercises in order to increase your overall endurance, like walking for a few miles every day can be a very helpful factor to increase ones endurance.

In this stage one must ready his or her body for the upcoming trials and exercises, one must practice jogging every week for a few miles in order to strengthen the body, you don’t necessarily have to do it every day, and you must also have the time to rest and relax in order to allow your body to heal.
